  • How does Porsche Passport work?

    Members use the Porsche Passport app to request their next vehicle, including when and where they would like it delivered. A concierge will deliver the new vehicle, transfer your personal items over to the new vehicle, and ensure you are all set to go. Flip into a new model as often as you would like. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect vehicle for any occasion.

  • What is included in a Porsche Passport membership?

    Every membership includes rights to a vehicle, insurance and unlimited flips between vehicles. There are no mileage limits. The concierge team delivers hand-detailed vehicles to any location within the service area. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

  • What vehicles are included with Porsche Passport?

    Porsche Passport offers a variety of vehicles across both plans.

    718 Cayman, 718 Cayman S, 718 Boxster, 718 Boxster S, Macan, Macan S, and Cayenne

  • How does Porsche Passport pick the perfect vehicle for me?

    Think of us as your personal vehicle concierge service. Tell us about your needs and we will match them with the perfect vehicle. Road trip? Special date night? We've got you covered.

  • How does insurance work?

    Insurance is included with all Porsche Passport subscriptions. All approved drivers are covered by the Porsche Passport insurance policy. Policy highlights:

    • $1,000,000 liability coverage (combined single limit)
    • $300,000 uninsured motorist (combined)
    • $2,000 medical payments to offset any out of pocket or deductible costs
    • $1,000 deductible

  • How long can I keep a vehicle?

    As long as you want!

    There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance.

  • How new are the vehicles?

    Launch and Accelerate vehicles are the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it goes to a member.

  • How do I join Porsche Passport?

    Download our app here. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit or debit card, select a plan and provide a picture of your driver's license. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. In most cases, we can approve an application within 1-2 business day. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip vehicle.

  • Is Porsche Passport in my area?

    Today, Porsche Passport is live in Atlanta, GA. If you're outside of metro-Atlanta, sign up for news and updates and we will let you know when we arrive in your city.

    In Atlanta, Porsche Passport services within the I-285 perimeter as well as north-northwest into Marietta, Roswell and Alpharetta.

    If you live outside the service area, we can help you find a convenient place to flip within the service area. However, we do restrict service to members with a home address within a 40-mile radius.

  • Who is eligible to join Porsche Passport?

    Anyone 21 years of age or over with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • How do I receive my first vehicle?

    Once accepted, your Passport concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.

  • What should I do with my old vehicle?

    Many Porsche Passport members choose to sell their old vehicles. We are happy to help facilitate a quote through a local Porsche dealer. Please email us at for further details.

  • What is the Porsche Passport joining fee?

    The $500 joining fee is required for all new Porsche Passport memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.

Everyday usage

  • How well equipped are the vehicles?

    The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

  • Are pets allowed in vehicles?

    We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the vehicle and safer for your pet.

  • What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

    Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Porsche Passport app to notify us and we will get you back on the road.

  • Where can I find the insurance card?

    View a digital version of your insurance card under "Your Current Vehicle" on the home screen of your Porsche Passport app. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.

  • What happens if I get into an accident?

    First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on our private concierge line. We will bring you a new vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.

  • How much advance notice is required for a vehicle flip?

    While there is no minimum notice required, the best practice is to book a few days in advance.

Pricing & payment

  • What is the minimum commitment to Porsche Passport?

    Porsche Passport is a monthly subscription service. Only a 31-day commitment is required. Your membership will renew automatically monthly after the first period. If you want to cancel, let us know and we will end your subscription after your current month has expired.

  • When is payment due?

    A valid credit or debit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas or upgrades will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

  • What about fuel?

    All Porsche Passport vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you flip a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. There is no surcharge.

  • Can I move between the different plans?

    Yes, members can move between plans at the end of their current membership month.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    You cannot pause your account at this time. You do have the ability to cancel at anytime. We will work with you if you choose to return in the future.

  • Is there a mileage limit or flip limit per month?

    There is no mileage limit or vehicle flip limit.

  • Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

    Yes, you can add one additional eligible driver to your account.

  • Are members responsible for their Porsche Passport vehicle?

    Yes, we expect our members to take care of Porsche Passport vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Porsche Passport app.

  • What is the condition of Porsche Passport vehicles?

    Porsche Passport is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

  • What data does Porsche Passport collect?
